Terms & Conditions:

A pet PUPPY is defined here to be a German Shepherd puppy which is in good health at time of sale and embodies the characteristics of the German Shepherd breed.

This PUPPY is purebred and is registerable with the American Kennel Club.

This PUPPY is to be registered with a LIMITED Registration, which will prohibit breeding and registering of any offspring.  (The BUYER agrees that female PUPPY is to be spayed at the appropriate age, and Veterinarian confirmation of this procedure must be supplied to the BREEDER).

The BREEDER guarantees the above described dog to be healthy at the time of the sale.

The BREEDER does not assume any liability for any injury to said puppy after leaving the premises of said BREEDER.

The BUYER agrees to have this puppy examined by a Licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours upon delivery of puppy.

If the puppy is found to be other than healthy by the BUYER’S Veterinarian, it shall be returned to the BREEDER immediately, and the purchase price will be refunded.  Deadline for this refund is 72 hours, after the delivery of puppy.

The BUYER agrees to maintain preventative health care of the puppy including, but not limited to:  Inoculations, internal as well as external parasites, heartworm preventative medications.

The BUYER also agrees to maintain preventative care of the puppy in regards to hip dysplasia:  such as proper nutrition, proper exercise and preventing stress injuries (i.e. Not allowing the puppy to jump from any heights that are taller than itself at the shoulder, no forced exercise – such as excessive running until at least 8 months of age).

The BREEDER will give a two (2) year guarantee on hips of said puppy – against crippling hip dysplasia.  Should the puppy be diagnosed with crippling hip dysplasia, a written notice from a licensed veterinarian stating the condition of puppy must be provided.  PUPPY must then be returned to BREEDER and PUPPY will be replaced with puppy of equal value when available.

The BUYER agrees to provide a suitable fenced area for this puppy.

This Contract with all signatures of both the Buyers and Sellers (sellers meaning breeders) constitutes a full and binding agreement between all parties.
